Returns

Please email concierge@awetnyc.com to start your return process. 

Forever Return: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and undamaged item within 6 months for a full refund. After 6 months, eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

To receive your refund, exchange or store credit, the merchandise must be returned in sellable condition. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn or used. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the customer.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Standard shipping is free.  If your shipment appears to be damaged, please notify us within 5 days by emailing concierge@awetnyc.com

Sale and Discounted Items

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This policy may also apply to various other promotional items or merchandise sold at a discounted price.
